Overview

Nick Larson is a trusted deal lawyer and a true “dirt lawyer,” bringing extensive experience in high-stakes real estate transactions from his tenure at preeminent law firms. He adeptly represents a diverse array of commercial real estate clients, navigating complexities ranging from national homebuilders developing master-planned communities with intricate infrastructure and entitlement requirements to fund-backed equity investors acquiring multifamily projects and industrial outdoor storage facilities nationwide. Nick’s clientele also includes first-time developers acquiring and selling manufactured home communities, hotels and casinos.

As a real estate developer himself, Nick intimately understands the challenges his clients face, including managing deal tempo, aligning with investor expectations, navigating lender oversight, implementing interest rate hedging strategies, and formulating effective exit plans. Clients appreciate his ability to distill complex situations and concentrate on factors that directly influence deal economics.
