Overview

Brian represents individuals and business in real estate and business transactions. His real estate work includes the leasing, purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, the creation of easements, covenants, and license agreements, mechanic’s liens, deeds, and general real estate matters. Brian also advises clients in relation to the formation and operation of liability companies, limited partnerships, and corporations and the business transactions of those entities.

Brian’s past litigation experience enhances his value as a transactional attorney and has helped many clients avoid potential pitfalls in their business and real estate deals.

Education & Experience

In 2012, Brian graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.

In 2015, Brian graduated from Willamette University College of Law with his J.D. where he served as a source, citer, and editor of the Willamette Environmental Law Journal.

Prior to joining Lyons Gaddis, Brian worked as a trial attorney, handling complex litigation matters, in Kansas City, Missouri, as well as, an assistant attorney general, representing, defending, and advising state departments, agencies, and boards and commissions in various matters.

Organizations & Community Involvement

Brian is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA), Boulder County Bar Association (BCBA), and the Colorado Council of School Board Attorneys (CCSBA)

He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Inn Between of Longmont, Inc.

Brian lives in Berthoud, Colorado. He is an avid trail runner and can be found most weekends on the City of Longmont and Boulder County trails.
