Danielle is passionate about helping other people, and advocating on their behalf. As an attorney focusing on Civil Litigation, Danielle brings her care for others to the table when supporting people going through what are often difficult and complex situations.

Danielle received her BA in Communication and Business with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado.

She received her Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology, with merit, from the London School of Economics.

She received her JD from the University of Colorado.

While in law she worked for the EEOC, Judge Eric Elliff, the Civil Legal Clinic, a technology company, and another law firm.

In 2022 she testified in the Colorado Senate Judiciary Committee in support of the Reproductive Health Equity Act on behalf of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She has focused her legal scholarship on the importance of inclusivity of trans*, non-binary, and other marginalized groups withing the workplace.

Community Involvement

Danielle is a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado State Bar Association.

Personal

Daneille lives in Firestone with her husband Evan and their two goldendoodles. She is an avid runner, knitter and photographer. She is proud to be a third generation University of Colorado graduate.
