Education & Experience

Erin graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University in 2005. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she earned the Order of the Coif (top 10%) distinction.

Prior to attending law school, Erin had a career in brand management and product development for a publicly traded OTC drug manufacturer. She directed marketing and product development for several niche and mass-market brands and managed FDA compliance, trademarks, and general risk management for over 300 product SKUs. Her real-world business experience helps her assist business clients in finding practical and creative solutions to a variety of legal issues.

While in law school, Erin worked extensively with both the US Attorney’s Office in Denver and the Dentons law firm in Honolulu, where she gained valuable experience in complex civil litigation matters. She also represented clients in domestic relations, disability, and immigration issues through the University of Colorado’s Civil Practice Clinic.

Following graduation, Erin worked for several years as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas F. Mulvahill in the 20th Judicial District, where she worked primarily on civil, domestic relations, and probate cases.

Erin was recognized with the 2024 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award by the Boulder County Bar Association.

Community Involvement

  • Prior to attending law school, Erin served as a foster parent and children’s advocate with local non-profit organizations serving hard-to-place foster youth in her community.

Erin lives in Erie with her husband and three children.
