John has over 45 years of successful, effective legal experience. His knowledge spans many areas, from complex civil litigation, divorce, probate, business, and real estate, to personal injury litigation.

John’s success is a product of his commitment and ability to identify and understand his clients’ goals and then strategically assess the best way to achieve them. His determined pursuit of client’s interests has resulted in success for his clients in every venue.

He loves practicing in Northern Colorado. In particular, Boulder County is a fascinating legal environment that is continually evolving. It has changed from an agricultural center to the “Silicon Flatirons,” and this has allowed John to provide real estate and related legal services that reflect and compliment these changes.

He has handled residential transactions, farm and ranch transactions, and large scale commercial and residential developments.  Within the changing business community, John has worked alongside dozens of start-ups and mature business entities, assisting them in strategically meeting their goals, as well as helping clients with mergers, acquisitions, and sales.

John works with some of the regions’ most interesting and diverse individuals to help them maximize personal opportunities and meet challenges. He has been privileged to work on many significant business plans, estate plans, various disputes, and has been entrusted with handling estates and end of life issues for many long-time clients.
