Current Attorney Openings

REAL ESTATE GROUP:

Lyons Gaddis has an opportunity for a Colorado attorney to join its busy and expanding real estate and business transaction group.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate, corporate, and/or general transactional work representing landowners, developers, individuals, and/or businesses.  We represent clients in real estate, business transactions, land development, and construction projects. We are looking for someone with sound professional judgment who is highly motivated to provide exceptional client service and values the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range:

Compensation is merit-based, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Our good faith salary range for this position is $135- $185K, depending on experience. The position includes the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on productivity, which could range from $0 to $25K or more.

GOVERNMENT PRACTICE GROUP:

Lyons Gaddis has an opening for an experienced attorney to join the firm’s local government practice group, primarily representing school districts and special districts. The ideal candidate will have at least eight to 20 years of experience in the public sector or related work, with a preference for specific experience in labor/employment and a desire to practice employer-side negotiations/collective bargaining labor work. Candidates will be passionate about providing exceptional client service and developing strong client and community connections, and they will either live in the extended Denver metro area or be willing to relocate.

WATER GROUP:

Lyons Gaddis immediately seeks an attorney with a proven interest in Colorado water law to join its water team as an associate.

The individual who fills this position must have at least four years of experience in Colorado water-related matters, including water court proceedings and water rights transactions.

Salary Range:

Compensation is merit-based, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Our good faith salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position includes the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on productivity, which could range from $0 to $25,000 or more.
