Jennifer also guides families through the probate process and trust administration following a loved one’s passing. Brian Allard is an attorney at Lyons Gaddis. His practice focuses on real estate and business law. He is both a litigator and a transactional attorney. He has litigated a variety of cases, but his primary focus is on residential and commercial evictions, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, easement disputes, probate, and business purchase and sale disputes. Brian’s transactional practice primarily focuses on commercial and residential purchases and sales, business purchases and sales, liquor licensing, lease drafting and review, and entity formation.
